5. Online Sessions and Payments
a. Users may offer online sessions and set their own prices for these sessions on the Unimos platform.
b. Payments for online sessions are processed through our payment gateway, Stripe. Users agree to abide by the payment terms and conditions provided by Unimos. By registering your account, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
c. Unimos takes a fee from payments made on the platform. However, it is important to note that the transaction is solely between the customer and the session provider. Unimos provides the tools to facilitate the session but is not accountable for the actions of the provider or customer or the quality of the session content.
d. Providers are responsible for accepting refunds. In case of a dispute, users should contact Unimos at https://unimos.pro. Unimos will review all cases and issue refunds at its sole discretion. Please note that the admin fee for using Unimos is non-refundable. All users purchase and sell their services at their own risk.
6. Fees for using Unimos
a. Unimos charges a fee for each session booked on the platform. There is no charge or subscription fee for using Unimos.
b. Unimos charges a fixed fee and a percentage for each session booked on the platform. These fees are nonrefundable.
c. The fixed fee charged for each session booked on Unimos is €0.25 (EUR).
d. The session provider will receive a maximum of 95% of the booking price, with the percentage varying on a per-session basis and displayed to the provider when creating and editing the session.
e. Unimos may modify its fee structure at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Unimos platform or by other means of notice.
f. Users understand and agree that payment processing is handled through the Stripe payment gateway. Any payment information provided by users is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Stripe.
g. Unimos will not be responsible for any issues or disputes related to payments made through the Stripe payment gateway. Users are encouraged to review Stripe's terms and conditions and contact Stripe directly for payment-related inquiries.
7. Content and User Conduct
a. Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the Unimos platform. You may not post or transmit any content that:
Violates, or encourages the violation of, the legal rights of others;
Engages in, promotes, or encourages illegal activity, including child sexual exploitation, child abuse, or terrorism or violence that can cause death, serious harm, or injury to individuals or groups of individuals;
Is for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose, including Non-consensual Explicit Imagery (NCEI), violating intellectual property rights of others, phishing, or creating a pyramid scheme;
Distributes viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
Generates, distributes, publishes, or facilitates unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisements, or other solicitations (“spam”).
b. Unimos reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies.
8. Comments and User-Generated Content
a. Certain parts of the Unimos platform allow users to post and exchange opinions and information. Unimos does not filter, edit, publish, or review comments prior to their presence on the platform. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts them and do not necessarily reflect the views of Unimos, its agents, and/or affiliates.
b. Unimos shall not be liable for comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of comments on this platform.
c. Unimos reserves the right to monitor all comments and to remove any comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
